Our Lady Vol Volleyball College Prep Camp is designed for athletes who are looking to play volleyball at the next level. This camp will provide players with position specific instruction as well as team systems and high-level competition. Organized like a college practice, this camp is instructed by our University of Tennessee volleyball coaches in our state of the art practice facility. Camp will include training in all skills (serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and digging), 6v6 play, and the use of cutting-edge video breakdown during sessions. This camp will give you a complete experience that you will not forget! Camp space will be limited due to COVID-19 capacity reductions. Players will be accepted into this camp until filled by position.
Lodging: Due to Covid-19, all camps are commuter-based and we are not allowed to provide housing for campers. However, those times will provide great opportunities to explore Knoxville while you're in town!
Spectators: Due to Covid-19 capacity restrictions, we CANNOT permit parents, family members, and other guests within the facility. Camp check-in and check-out will be held outside the door to the facility and only campers will be permitted into the facility.

PARKING
Parking permits are required at all times in the UTK lots. We will stagger your check-in times to help reduce your drop-off time if you are assisting a camper with check-in or want to browse our camp store out front of the facility. Park at your own risk around campus (visit https://parking.UTK.edu if you want to park on campus).
CHECK IN PROCEDURES
The first session of each day:
We will split check-in into two lines based on last name and have assigned staggered check-in times to help avoid longer lines, reduce a crowd at the camp store, and help keep you out of the potential rain. Your specific check-in window of time is listed on the schedule above. Please stay in or at your vehicle and do not approach the volleyball facility until your check-in window of time. FACE-MASKS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL. At check-in you will be required to show a completed covid-19 pre-check questionnaire (we will send a QR code to complete this in advance).

*At check-in June 13th you will receive a name tag, camp shirt, court assignment, and any pre-purchased add-on items.
*Walk-up registrations will not be permitted. Please do not bring a friend who has not pre-registered for camp.
*Campers will receive a new name tag every session.
BRING & WEAR
Face masks are required at all times. You can purchase a Tennessee face mask at our Camp Store to match the coaches!
Athletic clothes, athletic shoes, and kneepads.
Water bottle - bring your own and we will have refill stations.
*Phones - If you bring a phone, please make sure it is silenced inside the facility.

PICK UP AT END OF SESSION
Campers will exit the doors on the right side of the facility after every session. The front doors are for entry only.
MEALS
We order meals based on campers’ registration. Nametags will have a reminder which choice each camper made. For Meal 1, campers will be released in small groups to receive their pre-ordered meals and return to the space behind the end line of their court to eat. Staff will help monitor distancing for safety. For Meal 2, campers will be released to take this meal to-go and return to the facility at 2:00pm for the next session. Supervision will not be provided in the facility June 14th from 11:30am-2:00pm.
HEALTH & SAFETY

A Certified Athletic Trainer will be in the facility for injuries and illnesses. Taping services will NOT be available.

All campers and camp staff are required to wear face masks except while hydrating and spread apart.

Extra sanitizing stations will be throughout the facility.

Campers must go directly to their designated court and remain near their court throughout camp sessions and breaks for water/meals.

Increased signage will remind campers to stay 6 feet apart. General rule of thumb is to keep 2 arm lengths apart – two people should be able to put their arms out without touching each other.

A Quarantine/Pick-Up location for campers with Covid-19 symptoms will be just outside the front doors next to the soccer field and fence. Emergency contacts will be called to pick-up campers with symptoms.
